Part One: The first part, but not two or three.
Joe was born to a pair of proud parents, but accidentaly fell into a tied garbage bag. He ended up growing up in a dump,(literally). But eventually earned enough bottle caps to move to the old, old, New York slums. since then he had tried to get a job but failed.
The closest that he ever got to a real job was working at Taco Roach's. He can to the present be found at the convenience store and the employment office complaining about welfare and how he doesn't get enough.
Joe began his steady decline at p.s. 555 when a freak accident supposedly caused both his baldness and fat problems.
Joe's hobbies include: beer, T.V., couches, chips and beer. Joe sometimes forgets things. He hates news because he. . . I don't know...
